Niall’s Management career began at the Burlington Hotel.
Then as a relief manager for Inn Leisure Ltd he devised the framework for his coveted methodology.
He then returned to Ireland to manage Johnnie Fox’s Pub, Glencullen.
Nialls’ groundbreaking management techniques transformed Fox’s Pub from a quirky backwater local, to the finely tuned cash making institution it is now.
Niall was responsible for setting up the Guinness Island Development in Germany, which became the highest turnover Irish pub in mainland Europe.
Niall then held a senior management role in the Quinn Group, before going out on his own.
EVG was set up in 2002 and quickly had The 12th Lock in Castleknock turning over on average €2.5 million a year.
This was the start of an expansion that eventually had five high turnover operations under its wing.
